Device Preparation
Ensure all personal data is erased, cloud accounts (like iCloud or Google) are signed out, and the device is securely packed in its original packaging.
Free Courier Collection
Once approved, we will dispatch our courier partner to your South African address to collect the package at no additional cost to you.
Inspection and Resolution
